The Club was one of the largest and best-equipped privately-owned ski clubs in Australia at the time and comprised a load-bearing brick and concrete block structure with reinforced concrete floors and steel/timber framed metal roof.

Advisory services for the restructure of German building and infrastructure company’s construction and fibre-optic cable-laying operations in Germany and Hungary.

Projects in the USA apart from due diligence work for the World Bank's International Finance Corporation included residential design, documentation and construction coordination in Los Angeles; design and installation of interior components of an Indoor Golf Training Centre at Sacramento (touted by the owners as the largest indoor golf training centre in the USA at the time); concept design of various indoor golf facilities in the greater LA area; due diligence on a medical centre; and alterations to an industrial building.


Development advisory services for proposed tourism resort located within walking distance of the Boomerang Bay beaches in the Great Lakes area of NSW. Accommodation comprised cabin-style accommodation with conference facilities for 100 people plus ancillary services including restaurant, retail, gym, sauna, spa,, squash courts, tennis courts and two swimming pools. Total 101 two- and three-bedroom cabins


Development advisory services for this low and medium-density cluster housing project on 41 hectares with central community facilities and 9-hole golf course designed by David Graham. Located near Nambucca Heads, the project comprised a total of 43 luxury detached houses, 200 houses in small clusters and 80-unit motel.


Development advisory services for this luxury resort development located in the mountains overlooking Cairns. The Montecito project comprised a 190-room deluxe boutique hotel with 170 separate detached dwellings that have access to the hotel’s facilities. Facilities include restaurants, swimming pools, jogging trail, conference/function rooms and health centre with gym, massage rooms, spas and saunas. Developer was ultimately unable to resolve access issues with Council.


Miami Apartments: Development advisory for this $17.5 million luxury 15-unit apartment complex on Sydney’s northern beaches, planned for completion in 2009. The initial Developer was unable to put project funding in place following successful Development Approval as a result of downturn in real estate market. Developer's Option over the land subsequently lapsed and the site is being consolidated into a larger overall development.
